What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders placed online.

Is there sales tax?

Sales tax at the rate of 9.5% is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Orders shipped outside of California are tax-exempt.

What are your return and exchange policies?

Defective items can be returned for sore credit or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. This policy excludes live plants. Please contact info@lumberandlinen.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping

How long do orders take to arrive?

Expect your products to be packaged and sent 1-3 days after purchasing. Products are shipped via USPS and UPS. Multiple delivery speeds are available.
