Join professional sourdough baker @UltraShannon for an immersive Sourdough & Butter Board Workshop. In this hands on class, you'll learn how to create and maintain a healthy sourdough starter, master dough mixing, folding, shaping, and scoring techniques, and bake beautiful artisan loaves.

You'll also create a stunning butter board perfect for entertaining. Each participant will take home their own sourdough starter and the knowledge to continue baking with confidence.

Proceeds from this workshop benefit the Peyton Trilling Foundation.
